AgencyAnalytics Alternatives, Priced by the Unit Each One Bills On

AgencyAnalytics now bills $20 per client. Its rivals bill per dashboard, per data source, per report or per band of clients, and that unit decides which one is cheapest for your roster. Each tool below is priced from its own pricing page on 22 October 2026, with what it does best and what it leaves out.

What AgencyAnalytics does well, and what it costs now

AgencyAnalytics now sells a single plan, Core, at $20 per client per month on annual billing. The alternatives worth a look bill on different units, and the unit decides which is cheapest for you. DashThis charges per dashboard, Swydo per connected data source, Databox per client pack, Semrush per report, SE Ranking per plan plus an agency add-on, and ReportsMate a flat fee for a band of clients. Whatagraph starts at €999 a month. Google's Data Studio, the product called Looker Studio until April, costs nothing if your team builds the reports itself.

For a sample agency with 15 clients, those units produce monthly bills from zero to four figures for broadly the same job. This guide prices each tool from its vendor's own pricing page, checked on 22 October 2026, and sorts them by the kind of agency that should buy them. The argument running through it is that the pricing unit now matters more than the feature list. Nearly every tool here removes its own branding and drafts an AI summary of the month. What still separates them is what the 16th client costs, and whether the report can say what the agency's work actually did.

Start with the incumbent. AgencyAnalytics is client reporting software for agencies: dashboards and scheduled reports under the agency's brand, fed by integrations. Its integrations page says 85+, sorted into categories that go well past search: 26 for PPC, 13 for social, 14 for email, 10 for call tracking and 11 for local, alongside SEO, analytics and ecommerce. That breadth is the main thing it sells. A shop reporting Meta Ads, TikTok, Mailchimp and call tracking next to Search Console gets all of it in one client portal carrying the agency's logo, colours, domain and sender address.

The AgencyAnalytics pricing page describes annual billing as a 20% saving, which puts monthly billing at about $25 a client. Each client comes with unlimited data sources, reports, dashboards and staff users, plus AI features the company calls AgencyAI insights, Ask AI and AI Summary, roll-up reports for multi-location businesses, and MCP access for AI assistants such as Claude. Two things cost extra: a Rank Tracker at $41.67 a month per 500 keywords, and an AI Tracker, still in beta, at $20.83 a month per 250 credits, both on annual billing. Past 25 clients the page offers volume pricing through sales. There is a 14-day free trial with no card, a 30-day money-back guarantee, and a one-year commitment on annual plans.

Per-client pricing is easy to forecast, and it is blunt. A local client with one Search Console property costs the same $20 as an ecommerce client with twelve connected accounts, which suits multi-channel retainers and weighs on small SEO-only ones. The plan structure has also changed recently enough that comparisons lag behind it. ReportsMate's comparison page still quotes AgencyAnalytics "from ~$12/mo" on a Freelancer tier, and AgencyAnalytics' own FAQ still mentions Agency and Agency Pro plans that its price table no longer shows.

AgencyAnalytics vs DashThis, Swydo, Databox and Whatagraph

These four sell the same kind of product as AgencyAnalytics, a branded dashboard and a scheduled report, and differ mainly in what they count.

DashThis: per dashboard

DashThis charges by the number of dashboards, and defines one as "simply one marketing report". Individual is $44 a month paid yearly ($54 monthly) for 3 dashboards and 15 sources; Professional $139 ($164) for 10 dashboards and 40 sources; Business $279 ($324) for 25 and 100; Standard from $429 ($499) for 50 dashboards and up. Every plan includes unlimited users, every integration, and white labelling down to a custom domain and sender email. The source caps are new, and the page flags them under "What's new in our pricing". Preset AI insights are free; the chat version is a $19 add-on ($15 billed yearly).

The catch is the plan steps. Business works out to $11.16 a dashboard when all 25 are in use, and $25.36 each if you have 11 clients on it. DashThis reports what the connected platforms report; its pricing page sells no rank tracking or audit data of its own.

Swydo: per data source

Swydo bills on connected accounts: "Every account you connect to an integration counts as one data source." One plan includes everything. It costs €69 a month (in dollars outside the EU) with the first 10 sources included, then €4.50 a source from 11 to 100, €3 from 101 to 500 and €2 beyond that, before VAT. Annual billing takes 10% off. Clients, users, dashboards and reports are unlimited, white labelling is included, and so are 4,000 AI credits a month and a 14-day trial.

That makes Swydo cheap for a long roster of small clients and less so for a few clients with many channels: a client on eight platforms is eight sources. It lists 38+ integrations, under half of AgencyAnalytics' count, so check yours are there before anything else.

Databox: per client pack

Databox sells business plans and an agency plan on the same platform. Agency starts at $79 a month billed annually ($99 monthly) with unlimited users, 4 clients, 20 data sources and 300 AI credits. Each extra client pack, $20 a month annually or $25 monthly, adds one client, five sources and 50 credits. Cross-client reporting through its AI assistant, Genie, and custom templates are what the agency plan adds over the business plans. White labelling is a separate add-on at $200 a month on annual billing ($250 monthly), which costs as much as ten client packs. The free plan gives one user, three data sources and one dashboard, enough to judge the product but not to run clients on.

Whatagraph: from €999 a month

Whatagraph now lists two plans. Max starts at €999 a month, billed annually, with "From 50" source credits, where "1 source credit = 1 connected data account". It includes white-label customization, automated PDF emails, data blends, KPI alerts, what it calls IQ Agents, and a dedicated success manager. Prime is custom-priced and adds premium integrations and transfer to Looker Studio; a custom report domain and BigQuery transfer are add-ons there, and the custom domain is not available on Max at all. The page offers a demo and mentions no free trial.

Whatagraph is not priced for small agencies. With no plan under €999 and annual billing only, it is built for agencies whose reporting bill is already four figures and who want the vendor to maintain the data layer for them.

Coupler.io vs AgencyAnalytics, and the free Data Studio route

Google rebranded Looker Studio as Data Studio in an April 16, 2026 release note, which is why so many guides and searches still use the old name. The product page says it is available "at no charge for creators and report viewers". Data Studio Pro, which adds team content management and Google Cloud support, costs $9 per user per project per month. Google builds its own connectors, and its list of them covers Search Console, Google Analytics and Google Ads but no social ad platform. For Meta Ads or LinkedIn you need a partner connector, "built by 3rd party developers", and that is where money enters.

For an agency that reports only Google data, the software bill can be zero. The cost moves to staff time: building each template, rebuilding charts when a connector or a client's account structure changes, and writing every line of commentary by hand. That trade is worth making for a team with someone who likes building reports. Our Looker Studio comparison sets out where a free dashboard stops and analysis has to begin.

Supermetrics

Supermetrics is the best-known paid connector. Starter is $44 a month billed yearly ($55 monthly) for one destination, such as Looker Studio or Google Sheets, three data sources, one user and three accounts per data source. Growth is $177 ($222) for six sources, two users and seven accounts per source. The FAQ says agencies get "tailored solutions" priced to their scale. Starter fits a freelancer with three Meta Ads clients; an agency with 15 Meta Ads accounts is past Growth's limit before it adds a second platform.

Coupler.io

Coupler.io bills by connected account, which it defines as "a single advertising, analytics, or CRM account you connect from any data source". A free plan covers one account with manual refresh. Starter is $24 a month billed annually ($32 monthly) for three accounts and daily refresh; Active $99 ($132) for 15 accounts and unlimited users; Pro $199 ($259) for 50 accounts, hourly refresh and client workspaces. It sends data from 400+ sources to Data Studio, Sheets, BigQuery, Power BI and others, and has its own dashboard templates. The trial is seven days.

Set against AgencyAnalytics, Coupler.io does a different job. AgencyAnalytics is the finished client portal; Coupler.io is the plumbing, plus dashboards. For 15 clients with three accounts each, Coupler.io's Pro plan costs $199 a month against AgencyAnalytics' $300. But its pricing page says nothing about white labelling, so the branded layer your client sees is yours to build. Pick Coupler.io if your team wants the same data in Sheets or a warehouse as well as in reports. Pick AgencyAnalytics if clients expect to log in to something with your name on it.

AgencyAnalytics vs Semrush and SE Ranking reports

SEO-led agencies often pay for a research suite already, and both of the big ones now sell agency reporting as an add-on to it.

Semrush: per report

Semrush's Agency Growth Kit is gone. Its knowledge base says the kit "has been discontinued as a toolkit", and that its Client Portal and CRM were discontinued with it. My Reports is now sold on its own: "Additional Base reports are available for $10/report and Pro reports can be purchased for $20/report." Pro reports add external integrations, branding, white labelling, AI summaries and custom domains. The listing on Semrush's Agency Partners directory now costs $90 a month.

The reports sit on top of a Semrush plan. The pricing page lists SEO at $139 a month ($117.33 billed annually) for five websites, Starter at $199 ($165.17) and Pro+ at $299 ($248.17) for 15 websites; extra users start at $45 a month. If most of your report is Semrush data plus Search Console and Analytics, this is the shortest path. With the portal gone, though, clients get a report or a share link rather than a login, and the bill grows by $20 for every client who gets a Pro report.

SE Ranking: per plan, plus Agency Pack

SE Ranking prices by plan. Core is $129 a month ($103.20 billed annually) for 10 projects, one manager seat and 2,000 keywords tracked daily; Growth is $279 ($223.20) for 30 projects, three seats and 5,000 keywords. The Agency Pack adds $69 a month, on annual billing only, for 30 client seats, white labelling of both the platform and the reports, unlimited scheduled reports with AI summaries, a listing in its agency catalog, and a lead generator. The trial is 14 days.

Of the two suites, SE Ranking is the one that still gives clients a branded login, with rankings and audits under the agency's name. The integrations its pricing page lists are Data Studio, Matomo, Google Analytics and Search Console, so an agency that reports paid social should check before assuming it is covered.

ReportsMate vs AgencyAnalytics

ReportsMate is a real, current product: its pricing page is live, its plans are on sale, and its footer reads 2026. It is also the most different tool here. Its homepage promises "no dashboards for clients to log into". It pulls each client's data, has AI write a summary, applies the agency's branding and emails the result on a schedule.

The pricing is a flat fee per band. Starter is $29 a month ($24 billed yearly) for up to 20 clients, but covers only Google Ads and Meta Ads. Professional, $69 ($55), raises the limit to 50 clients and adds Google Analytics, Search Console, Business Profile, LinkedIn Ads and TikTok Ads, along with sending from your own domain and up to five team members. Professional Plus is $129 ($105) for up to 100 clients. The trial is 14 days.

Against AgencyAnalytics the trade is plain. ReportsMate connects seven platforms to AgencyAnalytics' 85+, has no client portal and no rank tracking, and its own comparison page concedes all three. In exchange, a 40-client agency pays $55 a month on yearly billing instead of $800. If your clients read an email and never open a dashboard, that is a lot of money spent on a portal nobody visits.

Where AIO Copilot fits, and who should skip it

AIO Copilot, which publishes this blog, is not a dashboard tool, and an agency that mainly needs social and paid-social dashboards should not pick it. Keep AgencyAnalytics, DashThis or Swydo for that job.

It is one app for SEO, AI search and Google Ads, reading Search Console, Google Ads, GA4, Bing Webmaster Tools, Google Business Profile, a crawl and the client's own lead list. What it adds is the analysis a dashboard leaves to the account manager. It measures each SEO change against pages nobody touched, so a sitewide rise is not credited to the change. It prices Google Ads waste from the search terms report (Search campaigns, not Performance Max), using the method in our guide to finding wasted Google Ads spend without blocking buyers, and finds spend on searches the site already ranks for organically. It samples how often AI assistants name the client against its rivals, with a margin of error. The white label monthly, quarterly and prospect audit reports go out under the agency's name, every figure shows the math behind it, and estimates are kept apart from measured numbers. It is priced per site, per month: get started and we email the price and the setup steps. Our side-by-side of AIO Copilot and AgencyAnalytics covers where each wins.

What 15 clients cost on each tool

Take a sample agency, not a real one: 15 clients, each reporting Google Analytics 4, Search Console and Google Ads, so 45 connected accounts. The table is list-price arithmetic from each pricing page on 22 October 2026, before tax and before any volume deal.

ToolPlan the sample needsMonthly costBasis
Data StudioGoogle's own connectors$0Plus the hours to build and maintain
ReportsMateProfessional, up to 50 clients$55Billed yearly; $69 monthly
Coupler.ioPro, 50 accounts$199Billed annually; $259 monthly
Swydo45 data sources€226.50Billed monthly; annual saves 10%

AgencyAnalyticsCore, 15 clients$300Billed annually
Semrush15 Pro reports plus a plan$417.33 on SEO, $548.17 on Pro+Plan billed annually
WhatagraphMaxFrom €999Billed annually

The rows are not like for like, and that is the point. ReportsMate's $55 buys an emailed summary; SE Ranking's $292.20 includes rank tracking and audits; Semrush's figure includes a research suite the agency may already pay for. The cheapest row is only cheapest if it does the job your clients expect.

Change the shape of the roster and the order changes with it. Five ecommerce clients on eight platforms each come to 40 sources: AgencyAnalytics costs $100, DashThis Professional $139, and Swydo €204 on monthly billing. Sixty small local clients reporting one Search Console property each flip it back: AgencyAnalytics lists $1,200 on annual billing before the volume pricing it offers past 25 clients, Swydo €294 on monthly billing, and ReportsMate Professional Plus $105 on yearly billing. Per-client pricing rewards many channels per client. Per-source and flat pricing reward many clients with few channels.

Which AgencyAnalytics alternative fits your agency

By number of clients

Under ten clients, the software bill is small whichever you pick, so choose on format. Data Studio with Google's connectors suits a team that enjoys building; ReportsMate Professional suits clients who want an email; AgencyAnalytics, at $200 a month for ten clients, suits clients who want a portal. From ten to about 40, plan steps start to matter: run your own roster through the DashThis bands, the Swydo source count and the AgencyAnalytics per-client price. Past 25, ask AgencyAnalytics for its volume price, and past 50, Whatagraph and a warehouse fed by Supermetrics or Coupler.io become serious options.

By channels

If social, email and call tracking sit in the same report as search, the broad integration lists of AgencyAnalytics and DashThis earn their price. If the report is Search Console, Analytics and Google Ads, you are paying for breadth you will not use: Data Studio covers those three for nothing, and SE Ranking or Semrush add rankings and audits on top.

By how strict the white label must be

A custom domain is the usual test. AgencyAnalytics and DashThis include one on every plan, Semrush on Pro reports, ReportsMate from Professional, and SE Ranking white labels the platform itself through its Agency Pack. Databox charges $200 a month for branding on annual billing. Whatagraph's Max plan removes its branding but offers no custom report domain; that is a Prime add-on.

By how long the commentary takes

Almost every tool above now drafts the commentary: AgencyAnalytics' AI Summary, DashThis' AI Insights, Databox's Genie, the AI summaries in Semrush Pro reports and SE Ranking's Agency Pack, ReportsMate's AI-written emails. The prose is no longer the slow part. The slow part is the claim inside it.

Take Harbour & Finch, a sample client we use across this site. Say its agency rewrote eight service pages in June and organic clicks to the whole site rose 9% the following month. A summary of the dashboard will report the 9%, accurately. It cannot say how much of the 9% the rewrite caused, because seasonality, a Google update or a sitewide trend can produce the same line. Answering that takes a comparison with matched pages nobody touched over the same weeks, the method in our guide to proving an SEO change worked with a control group. If your team's report hours go into defending numbers at renewal, a faster summary will not give them back; a measurement method will.

Before you switch

Time the move to your renewal date. AgencyAnalytics' annual plans carry a one-year commitment, Whatagraph bills annually, and SE Ranking's Agency Pack is sold only on annual billing.

Export what the old tool collected itself. Anything pulled from Google Ads, GA4 or Search Console can be pulled again by the next tool, within each platform's own limits on history. Data the reporting tool gathered on its own, such as daily rank tracking or AI visibility checks, generally stays behind when the subscription ends.

Use the trial on a real client. Most of these tools give 14 days, Coupler.io gives seven, and Whatagraph offers a demo. Build one live client's monthly report in the new tool, put it next to last month's, and if the totals disagree, find out why before the client does.

Working out which tool is cheapest for your roster takes ten minutes and the table above. Deciding what the report is for takes longer. If a client reads it to see their numbers, any tool here will do, and the pricing unit should decide. If a client reads it to decide whether to keep paying you, the report has to say what the work did, and that is a question of method before it is a question of software.

Frequently Asked Questions

What are the best AgencyAnalytics alternatives?

The best one depends on the unit you would be billed on. DashThis charges per dashboard, Swydo per connected data source, Databox per client pack, Whatagraph from €999 a month, Semrush per report on top of a plan, SE Ranking per plan plus a $69 Agency Pack, and ReportsMate a flat fee for up to 20, 50 or 100 clients. Data Studio, formerly Looker Studio, costs nothing for Google's own data. AgencyAnalytics itself charges $20 per client a month on annual billing. All prices were checked on 22 October 2026.

How much does AgencyAnalytics cost in 2026?

Its pricing page lists one plan, Core, at $20 per client per month billed annually, which it describes as a 20% saving on monthly billing. Each client includes unlimited data sources, reports, dashboards and staff users, 85+ integrations and white labelling. Rank Tracker ($41.67 a month per 500 keywords) and the AI Tracker beta ($20.83 a month per 250 credits) cost extra. Agencies with 25 or more clients can ask for volume pricing.

Is there a free alternative to AgencyAnalytics?

Data Studio, which Google called Looker Studio until April 2026, is free for creators and report viewers and reads Search Console, Google Analytics and Google Ads through Google's own connectors. Other platforms need third party connectors such as Supermetrics or Coupler.io, which charge. Databox and Coupler.io also have free plans, limited to 3 data sources and 1 account respectively. The real cost of the free route is the staff time to build and maintain the reports.

Coupler.io vs AgencyAnalytics: which should an agency use?

They do different jobs. AgencyAnalytics is a finished, white label client portal billed per client. Coupler.io moves data from 400+ sources into Data Studio, Google Sheets, BigQuery or its own dashboards, billed by connected account: its Pro plan covers 50 accounts for $199 a month on annual billing. Its pricing page does not mention white labelling, so the client-facing layer is yours to build.

ReportsMate vs AgencyAnalytics: what is the difference?

ReportsMate emails AI-written reports on a schedule and has no dashboard for clients to log into. It charges a flat fee by band of clients, $69 a month for up to 50 clients on its Professional plan, and connects seven platforms. AgencyAnalytics connects 85+ and gives each client a branded portal, at $20 per client a month billed annually.

Which AgencyAnalytics alternatives include white label reporting?

DashThis and Swydo include it on every plan, and DashThis includes a custom domain. Whatagraph includes white-label customization on its Max plan, with a custom report domain only as an add-on on Prime. Databox sells it as an add-on at $200 a month on annual billing. Semrush includes it in Pro reports, SE Ranking in its Agency Pack, and ReportsMate offers sending from your own domain from its Professional plan up. Coupler.io's pricing page does not mention it.

Did Semrush discontinue the Agency Growth Kit?

Yes. Semrush's knowledge base says the Agency Growth Kit has been discontinued as a toolkit and that its Client Portal and CRM were discontinued with it. My Reports is now sold on its own: $10 a report for a Base report and $20 for a Pro report, which adds branding, white labelling and AI summaries. The Agency Partners listing costs $90 a month.
