- Each page, against your site
- Conversion rate by page, device and channel, from your GA4.
- Speed from real visitors
- Google's field data for each page, not only a lab score.
- Whether you can test it
- The visitors and weeks an A/B test of each fix would need.
Then hand the plan to Claude.
Each task says what to change, where, and how to check it worked. Paste the file into Claude or Claude Code and ask for one task at a time, or send it to your agency.
Rewrite the top of this page the way task 1 of the action plan describes. Here is its HTML.

Is the site my agency built losing leads?
The report answers each of these from your own data, not from your agency's monthly report.

What does a CRO audit include?
A review of the pages that should produce leads or sales: where your own numbers say visitors are lost, what blocks them on a phone, how fast the page is for real visitors, and the fixes in order of evidence. This one also tells you whether your traffic can support an A/B test of each fix.
Why does it need my GA4 data?
Because a list of opinions about a page is easy to write and hard to trust. Your own conversion rates by page, device and channel decide which problems come first.
What does the CRO audit not cover?
A promised lift in conversions. Nobody can honestly promise one. Session recordings and heatmaps. If you use Microsoft Clarity, tell us and the report says what to look for in it. Design mockups.
What do I do with the action plan?
Paste it into Claude, or open it in Claude Code next to your site's files, and ask for one task at a time. Each task names the change, where it goes, the evidence and how to check it worked, so you can check Claude's draft against the evidence. Or send the file to your agency as the list to work through.
How fast is it?
Within 8 hours of your upload. A person reads every report before it is sent. If something in your files stops the analysis, such as a missing column, we email you within the same window to say what to re-export.
Do I have to give you access to my accounts?
No. You download the files yourself and upload them after paying. Nothing connects to your accounts and nothing in them is changed.
What if it is not useful?
If the report is not useful, reply to it and we refund you in full. The money comes back to the card you paid with.
