Brief 01Content strategy service · v.2026

Content that ranks,
gets cited by AI,
and compounds.

Week 1 · System build
01Week 1 · the content system

We build the content operating system.

Every brief runs through the same pipeline: query map, intent match, competitor teardown, outline, semantic coverage, AI citation hooks, internal link plan, schema. The writer inherits a brief so tight the draft almost writes itself.

This is not content-farm work. Every piece is engineered to be the answer for its query — not a 1,500-word rehash of page-one listings.

Every brief scored on six dimensions.

A brief is not a one-pager. It is a production spec. Six dimensions decide if the page will rank, earn citations, and compound.

AI writes drafts. People write stories. My job is the edit that turns a passable answer into the best answer a human can find.

Every draft runs the editor gauntlet.

AI drafts. A senior editor rewrites, layers nuance, cuts filler, tightens voice, and runs the final pass for factuality and citation integrity. The draft that ships is not the draft that started.

The glue our team wrote

Every piece runs through a multi-model pipeline. Claude Opus generates outlines and drafts. Gemini fact-checks against primary sources. Google Search Console surfaces verified query data. A senior editor is the last voice every page passes through before publish.

07Content FAQ

Common questions about content strategy.

Is this AI-generated content?+
The first draft is AI-assisted. A senior editor rewrites the opening, layers expertise, cuts filler, validates facts, and tightens voice. What ships is a human-edited piece with AI-accelerated production — not raw model output.
Will Google penalize AI-assisted content?+
Google penalizes unhelpful content, not AI-assisted content. Every piece we ship is aligned with Quality Rater guidelines: written by someone with expertise (our editors), useful, well-structured, and cited. Google Search Liaison has repeatedly confirmed this approach is fine.
How many pieces per month?+
The Climb plan ships 12 pieces/month; Compound ships 24. We scale production to match your keyword map capacity. Over-shipping is waste; under-shipping stalls momentum. We size the engine right.
Do you work on any CMS?+
Direct publish on Webflow, Shopify, WordPress, Framer, and Next.js. For other CMSes, we deliver ready-to-paste HTML with schema inline. Your devs land it in minutes.
How long until I see ranking lift?+
Technical quick wins and schema can land in weeks. Pillar and spoke content typically starts moving at 60 to 90 days and compounds through month 6 to 12.
Who writes the content?+
AI drafts. A senior editor rewrites. For highly technical or branded pieces, we bring in subject-matter experts from our network. Every piece passes editor review before publish.
Can you refresh our existing content?+
Yes. Our refresh queue is part of every Compound engagement: aging pages tracked, decay flagged, refreshes shipped on a 90-day rotation. Old content is often the fastest win.
How do you decide what to write?+
From the keyword map. Intent-tagged, SERP-shape-scored, revenue-weighted clusters decide brief priority. We do not write what the founder thinks is clever; we write what the query map says will earn.
